Year 11 (SACE Stage 1)

2017-2018 Subjects for Year 11 SACE Stage 1

The South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) is an internationally recognised qualification that creates pathways for young people. Students entering Year 11 or Stage 1 of the SACE can use this programme of study as a pathway to Year 12, university, the workforce or certificate courses.

Adelaide International School offers a range of Stage 1 level courses from a broad range of learning areas.

AIS Stage 1 subject offering includes an international study experience where all students explore culture and business from within a different context.

All Stage 1 subjects utilise SEQTA for online teaching, learning, assessing and communicating.

For all students enrolled in Stage 1 SACE (South Australian Certificate of Education), Adelaide International School offers a study pathway that includes a fully sponsored visit to either China, Vietnam or Indonesia to explore local culture, different perspectives, business trends and practices.

Mathematics, English or EAL, Personal Learning Plan and Research Project are compulsory subjects for all SACE students.
