Lester Saegenschnitter completed a tenure of 12 years as Principal of the highly regarded Concordia College in Adelaide. Concordia is an International Baccalaureate School and under his leadership, Lester developed and enhanced the international program at the College including the introduction of the IB Diploma Programme and the growth of overseas student enrolments at the school.
His background includes leadership in the Science Faculty of 3 different schools and was the Dean of Student Welfare at another school. He was the Director of Studies and Deputy Principal of Concordia College prior to being appointed as Principal.
Lester has visited China and Vietnam many times in recent years and has highly respected relationships with key agencies in these countries.
